At Coupon Hacker, we're dedicated to helping you save money while prioritizing your privacy. We don't collect user data unless you contact us, and we never sell your information. Our Chrome extension, Coupon Hacker, automatically tests thousands of universal coupon codes on e-commerce websites to find you the best deals. Additionally, our AI Coupon feature searches the web and Reddit in real time for store-specific codes to maximize your savings.

Coupon Hacker Terms of Service
Welcome to the Terms of Service (these “Terms”) for Coupon Hacker, operated by Polymath Collective INC. (“we” or “us”). This includes our Chrome extension (“Extension”) and our website, CouponHacker.xyz (“Website”), collectively referred to as the “Services.”
These Terms outline your legal rights and obligations when using the Services. By accessing or using them, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree or understand them, please do not use the Services.
For these Terms, “you” and “your” refer to you, the user.
SECTION 7 INCLUDES AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE (A) TO RESOLVE MOST DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO A JUDGE OR JURY, AND (B) TO WAIVE PARTICIPATION IN CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS. YOU CAN OPT OUT AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 7.

Coupon Hacker Extension. The Extension automatically tests thousands of universal coupon codes on e-commerce sites to help you save. The AI Coupon feature also searches the web and Reddit in real time for store-specific codes. Key points:
Coupon codes (universal and AI-sourced) are sourced from third parties. We cannot guarantee their accuracy or success, as this depends on the retailer.
Some websites may prohibit automated coupon testing. We’re not liable if a site restricts your access, bans you, or takes other actions due to your use of the Extension.
We don’t endorse or guarantee third-party products or services.
You use the Extension at your own risk. We’re not responsible for missed savings, incorrect charges, retailer disputes, or other issues arising from your use of the Services.
2. Location of Our Privacy Policy

3. Rights We Grant You
Right to Use Services. We grant you a personal, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you comply with these Terms.
Restrictions on Your Use. You may not:
- Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any part of the Services.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to access the source code of the Services.
- Use the Services commercially or in any way not permitted by these Terms.
- Attempt unauthorized access to or disruption of the Services.

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Polymath Collective INC. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to challenge our ownership rights.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Services are voluntary, and we may use them without obligation to you.
5. Third-Party Services, Products, and Materials
The Extension interacts with third-party e-commerce platforms. We may earn commissions through retailer partnerships, but this doesn’t involve your data. We’re not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party content, products, or services. Your transactions with merchants are solely between you and them, and we’re not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages from those interactions.
6. Disclaimers, Limitations of Liability, and Indemnification
Disclaimers. The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties, express or implied. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
Limitations of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms is limited to $100. We’re not responsible for your use of the Extension or its consequences.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
7. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY - IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT OR HAVE A JURY TRIAL.
Informal Resolution First. For any dispute, we’ll both try to resolve it informally within 30 days before escalating it.
Arbitration Agreement. Unresolved disputes related to the Services will be settled by binding individual arbitration through JAMS, under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will use one arbitrator, be conducted in English, and proceed individually—no class arbitrations or actions are permitted. You and we waive rights to a jury trial or class proceedings.
Exceptions. These disputes can go to court:
- Small claims within jurisdictional limits, kept individual;
- Claims seeking only injunctive relief;
- Intellectual property disputes.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing Hello@CouponHacker.xyz within 30 days of first using the Services or agreeing to these Terms.
Class Action Waiver. Disputes will be resolved individually, not as part of class, consolidated, or representative actions. If this waiver is unenforceable, arbitration won’t apply to that proceeding unless mutually agreed.
8. Additional Provisions
Updating These Terms. We may revise these Terms, notifying you of significant changes via the Website. Continued use after updates indicates your acceptance.
Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of laws principles.

9. User Conduct
